Hello again, 

It's time for a new challenge over at Midweek Magnolias today and our theme is Song Birds (Song inspiration) but not Happy Birthday

I went with a classic from Led Zeppelin

'Whole lotta love'

Takes me back to the old 'Top of the Pops' days lol

I've used Pion papers, layered & stitched

Tilda with wrapped heart, painted with distress inks,

Magnolia sentiment

Flowers & Velvet ribbon lace from The Ribbon Girl

and pearls from my stash.

Well it's my Birthday today and hubby has had to work so I really don't know what I'm doing until it happens lol... if anything does of course...

Oh well there's always crafting!

Magnolia Santa

Good morning :)

I hope you are well. It's a bit dull here this morning, I can't believe I had to put the light on to see the keyboard, oh well it's only 8.30 maybe it'll brighten up.

I made this card Magnolia Santa with presents as I love this Santa, it was a bit strange painting him in blue but I think it suits him :)

I've used Pion papers, an LOTV sentiment, the gorgeous new JOY snowflake dies and I machine stitched around my image

and from The Ribbon Girl I used...

5mm Faux Hessian Natural Ribbon, 13mm Rusty Jingly Bells, Anemone Vintage Blue Cotton Paper Flowers and Stickles Stardust. 

I ruffled up the Hessian and stitched it, then sewn the jingly bells to the bottom, just to make it a bit different.

THE RIBBON GIRL CARD CHALLENGE ~ Make it Sparkly

Hello again,

2 James bear cards in one day, can't be bad, well he is gorgeous isn't he.

This one I made especially for Card Challenge 'Make it Sparkly' at The Ribbon Girl today. 

This is LOTV James, Santa stop here and LOTV sentiment,

I don't know if you can see but I've used lots of gold colour stickles around the edges of my papers, gold embossing around the sentiment, I die-cut some snowflakes out of gold card and used Magnolia gold berries too.

Midweek Magnolias ~ Warm & Cosy

Good morning all, 

Today sees the start of another challenge over at Midweek Magnolias

and our theme is Warm & Cosy

So any Magnolia Tilda wearing a coat, or a Magnolia Animal, or even feathers on your Magnolia creations  :)

I chose Tilda carol singing, wrapped up warm in her hat, coat and boots.

I've used Pion papers, LOTV sentiment and a Magnolia sentiment on the tag, with a bit of gold embossing on both tags.

Large red flower with beaded center, berries, roses, velvet ribbon lace and bow on tag are all from The Ribbon Girl.
