A Christmas Card

Good morning dear crafters, 

I'm happy to be feeling more awake this morning I couldn't believe I nodded off so early last night, I was asleep by 10.20pm :o(

 I've been catching up with some of your blogs this morning and will do more later.

I've done the dreaded housework, had a lovely bath and I'm raring to go now

I just hope my mojo is sitting on my desk waiting for me ;o)

Can you believe it I found a feather (rolling my eyes here) the other day I searched high and low for a feather for the Tomic challenge and couldn't find one but today when I wasn't even looking...yes you guessed it!

Anyway...

I've used my gorgeous Pion papers again layered and sewn

The white cherry blossom flowers are from WOC and I've used a copic marker to edge them with aqua and added stickles

the roses are from Michaels

the gorgeous ribbon is from Hobby Lobby

and was getting withdrawal symptoms lol

Well normally on a Friday I would be showing you a card for The Stamp Basket

but I have decided to step down from my DT position, I enjoyed my 6mths making cards for Janet, she's a lovely lady to work with but I just feel I need to move on to other things now, so if you are one of the lucky ones chosen for the DT call you will have a wonderful time.

I've managed to make 3 cards in all but this one is a lot different for me, I don't normally make clean and simple cards so this is as clean and simple as it gets lol

There's two challenges that I wanted to enter,

 TIMBROSCRAPMANIA wants to see black and white cards

 and CARDABILITIES  has this lovely sketch

Tilda Catching Stars

Good morning my dear friends, 

I hope all you Mums had a wonderful Mothers day yesterday, I had a lovely day myself and a little giggle too because my eldest Son bought me a card (with money inside) & chocolates, he finished work at 5.30am and waited for me to get up before going to bed himself to get some sleep, when I opened my card it says 'Happy Mothers Day Nan' poor lad couldn't apologise enough lol,

he said he saw the cute bear and thought I'd like it, but didn't read the top message as he just expected it to be Mothers Day, well I did love it and he wondered off to bed exhausted saying goodnight Nan :o) bless him lol

I also managed to finish off this card yesterday for a few challenges.

Hello again, 

Well are you being spoilt this Mothers Day? I've just had two gorgeous cards from my Sons, with chocolates and money for crafty goodies

and as my Daughter is in America I won't hear from her for another few hours because of the time difference but I look forward to seeing her on skype later.

 I will also be visiting my dear Mum later with a few surprises.
