Before I get started on my card for today I'd just like to say a massive thank you to all of you, you've left some really beautiful comments on my blog lately and I've been such a bad blogger and haven't reciprocated, last week seem to fly by for me and I didn't get to visit many blogs, today I intend to put this right!

It's a late good morning from me today, my Mum & Dad held their annual Christmas party last night, it's the one evening a year all our families get together, exchange gifts and have a good old laugh, food & drink, it was wonderful! It's when Christmas starts for all of us and a good time was had by all.

 Today is Totally Tilda challenge day and this is the last one of the year, taking us through till the 15th January and it's a nice easy one

Totally Tilda DT card White on White

Good morning ,

     Today is Totally Tilda day, we have a new challenge for you, it's White on white, the only colours you can use is for Tildas hair & skin,  no other colouring or shading is allowed. 

So onto my card...

This is Tilda with christmas bauble, sitting on the Magnolia bow and I've used the Magnolia sentiment 'Santa is coming to town'

other embellishments are white card embossed with the swiss dots folder

large snowflake (from Michaels) decorated with cherry blossom & white berries (from Wild Orchid Crafts) string pearls, glittered leaves.

the gorgeous white lace was from Hobby Lobby and I've used lots of stickles stardust on Tildas clothes & bauble.

Tilda with lamp

Good morning, 

Hope you are well on this lovely Sunday morning.

Today is Totally Tilda Challenge day and this week we are masking, which is very simple you just stamp your Tilda image on to the card of your choice, then stamp her again onto a sticky notelet or similar, cut this one out and cover the first tilda with the sticky notelet and use another stamp over the top, in my case it was the snowflake circle, here's a great tutorial  for you ... 

but if I can do it anyone can lol.

Totally Tilda DT card

Well after a fabulous holiday it's back to the old grindstone...
...it's a good job I love it  :o)

It's the Totally Tilda new challenge today...a little late in the day for me but better late than never eh?

This week it's time for a Christmas card  but with No Green, No Red & No Blues

Back to school Tilda

Good morning,
Thank you for all your lovely messages regarding my Daughter and her family in America, I've spoken to her this morning at 6.30am which was only 1.30am over there, she had power back on so she skyped me to let me know they are alright (thank god) they won't know if there's any real damage to the house till daylight but I am so pleased they are ok.
I sincerely feel for all of you who live in Irene's path and I hope you all alright.
It's difficult to concentrate on the job in hand this morning so please excuse me if I forget anything or spell incorrectly as I didn't get much sleep last night.

Totally Tilda ~ Christmas hanging ornament

Good morning all,
Today at Totally Tilda a new challenge is starting and it's all about Christmas hanging decorations, no cards this week just hanging decorations and Tilda of course.
I've made this hanging lollipop cone,

I've used Magnolia paper, mini tilda with lamp & magnolia sentiment, lace from Wild orchid crafts, Poinsettias & holly leaves from Michaels (Thanks to my daughter) Ribbon from my local stockist. Oh and a string of pearls to complete it.

Totally Tilda 'Any thing but a card'

Good morning,
And a Happy Fathers Day to all the Dads out there.

What can l say, this was very difficult for me as I've only ever made cards so I thought long and hard and threw away lots of partially made crafty things then I came up with this...luckily the Boss Susie loved it so I'm pleased

A Trio of Tags!

Good morning Ladies & Gents
A big day for me today, I’m now officially a
DT member on Totally Tilda, got my tags on show over there and everything lol,
Isn’t it weird when you see your work on another blog for the first time?
I would like to say a massive thanks to Susie and the girls for having me on their team I’m really honoured, they make you so welcome and they are such a laugh.
As I said today is the new challenge at Totally Tilda and this week it’s
‘A Trio of Tags’
here’s my tags, I enjoyed making these it was a nice change from making cards too.
I used the Magnolia Tag die, I stamped out three Tildas, coloured them with copics and used nestabilities to make small head & shoulder pictures of them, then just added small embellishments to finish.
Thanks again to the Totally Tilda team for making me feel welcome and giving me encouragment. I highly recommend you take a look at the Totally Tilda blog as the DT have made some FABULOUS TAGS!

Such a proud moment :o)

Just over a year ago when I started my blog I did nothing but upload a card or two a month, being a little afraid of the computer and blogland itself I waited, then at the start of 2011 I decided to take the plunge and really throw myself into blogging and challenges...excitedly I won my very first challenge which was really thrilling not just because of winning a great prize but the fact that it was a Tilda challenge! and if you know anything about me you know I adore Tilda, it was the Totally Tilda challenge Blog. Just a couple of months later (this last weekend) I was contacted by the lovely, jolly Susie Sugar (The Boss!) and she asked me if I would like to join the team (WOW!) Imagine the excitment, it felt like christmas to me, it took all of 5 seconds for me to reply and say YES! So I am now a very proud Design Team member of Totally Tilda Challenge Blog!!!! Yeah!!!!
