Tilda with large Christmas gift


Just a quickie post to upload my card for a few challenges.
This is Tilda with large christmas gift, coloured in copics and I've used Magnolia papers, christmas ticket & Chandelier garland, white doily, Ribbon girl ribbon, wild orchid roses and prima poinsettia, the leaves were sent to me from my dear daughter in America(thanks sweetie) all stitched onto Bazzil cardstock. Tilda with Hawaiian Flower



Good morning, Oooh what an exciting few days I've had and now its a day to calm down and get back to reality a bit (got the dreaded ironing to do) Anyway before I get on with the day, I'll get on with my card.
This is Tilda with Hawaiian flower, I've used Magnolia paper & some gingham paper from my stash. I've added a little lace & ribbon, swirls, pearls, gems and daffodils from wild orchid crafts.

I am so happy, I've always wanted to be a DT member and yesterday I was chosen as a Guest DT on the wonderful Die cut dreams Christmas challenge blog and today I have been chosen for DT on a new challenge blog called Addicted to stamps, to say I'm over joyed is an understatement! Yippy!

Hello Little Butterfly Tilda


Happy Sunday Bloggers,
I just wanted to upload this card quickly before I get on with a busy Sunday, This is 'Hello Little Butterfly' Tilda from the Butterfly dreams collection, I've made this one using Magnolia daffodil paper & some pretty gingham papers, main large flower is a Magnolia one and the rest are wild orchids. There's more! ....

I just looked on the DCD challenge blog that I won today to check out the next challenge and I'm stunned! I'm also guest designer for April....yippy my dream came true! Sorry I'll try and calm down now, just got a bit excited there, as I've always wanted to do this. Tilda with big ribbon


Good morning all,
I can't help feeling happy already this morning I just switched on pc to find I've won the Die cut dreams Christmas challenge Yay! Its always exciting to win isn't it?
Onto my card...She's back! I love this tilda I think she's so pretty and lovely to colour, I also love these Nitwit papers such a gorgeous blue teamed with the white doily and I love stitching them altogether, I've used this beautiful white spotted ribbon from the ribbon girl, string pearls from stash, I cut the heart with nestabilities and used crackle paint on it for a lovely effect and I used TH faded jeans ink around the edges and on the edges of the flowers too, added some blue chandelier garland and a punched butterfly, sprinkled star dust here and there...job done!

A Christmas card


Yes I know we are three months into the new year but I made this one for a few challenges.
One challenge being the Die cut dream christmas club challenge, its a lovely challenge blog that I found the other day, you've probably all already heard of it, but it was new to me lol.
I've used Nitwit papers, the stamped sentiment is one from a Christmas see~dee's collection
the holly stamp I bought from ebay (don't know the make) Lace from wildorchids and snowflakes from a good friend on Docrafts.

A quickie card!


This card I made last night very quickly to catch up on a few challenges.
I've used the Magnolia Wheelbarrow (love this stamp) I've made a tag shaped card to fit in with Gem of a challenge, creative inspirations and Magical Monday challenge, hot red colours for the Phindys challenge and Added a tag for the Truly Scrumptious challenge oh and Buttons for the Totally papercrafts challenge

Beautiful Faith by Sugar Nellie


She's back again, this sweet girl Faith, I just love colouring these girls and this one was interesting as I don't think I've combined Brown & Aqua before, I actually love them together, hope you are not getting fed up of seeing these papers yet because I'm loving them and was thinking of sending for another pad!
They are of course Madeline papers by Prima
Aqua colour lace & ribbon
A lovely mix of brown, aqua & cream roses on a piece of raffia
and an aqua die cut heart and 'Love' charm.

Tilda with potted plant


Good morning all,
Hope you are well, we have lovely warm sunshine here again today hope you do too.
I made this card last night, hoping to tie it in with a few challenges today, this is one of the new Tildas with her potted plant ahhh!
I hope I've managed to get my colours right here, I love these papers, they are the Madeline set by Prima, so I've matched up my copics for Tilda, I've used the great sketch by Friday Sketchers which meant I could also use my Dimensions circular die, I've stitched the edging papers added a piece of matching blue lace & ribbon, 3 deep pink roses and 2 lovely diamond rhinestone gems to finish it off.

Sugar Nellie Verity


Yes it's me again, I'll leave you alone after this one I promise lol, I've really enjoyed my crafty weekend as you can see.

Good morning and hasn't it warmed up nicely?
I for one always feel the cold and today its warmed up a treat!

Faith by Sugar Nellie



I coloured this image yesterday and have just finished the card off this afternoon, because I just couldn't wait any longer to use these gorgeous papers by Prima, this pad is called Madeline, arn't they pretty? I've used a pretty white doily, ribbon from stash & butterfly charm from the Ribbon girl, I've used Wild orchid crafts roses & buds, magnolia chandelier garland and Whiff of Joy hearts from the heart banner die...gosh what a combination lol!

Sugar Nellie Cow Girl


Well this one is way out of my comfort zone, I loved the look of the stamp and I saw lots of possibilities for it, especially as my mum is into everything Cowboy/cowgirl & Native American Indian, so guess where this ones going lol!
I used the Nitwit papers again as they seemed quite fitting
Bazzil carstock which I've used the Martha Stewart stars punch down the sides
Nestabilities hearts tied with raffia & fixed a cowgirl hat charm on to it (hat charm from the ribbon girl)
A piece of brown seam binding & gorgeous roses all from wild orchid crafts.

Faith & Flower tecnique



No challenges this time just a card I wanted to make off the cuff to try out this Youtube tutorial here for making these flowers (given to me by a friend on Docrafts)
I kept my flowers pink to match the card but I love the effect.
I spritzed them with glimmer mist & stickles

Tilda & Edwin


I know its a bit late in the day but hey ho! I'm still awake (just) so I wanted to upload this card I made especially for a few challenges.
Its a framed Tilda & Edwins wedding day, I've used Magnolia backing paper, bazzil cardstock for the base and frame,which I've ink distressed to give an older vintage look, wildorchid roses and distresssed them a little too, I've punched tiny butterflies, inked them a little and added glitter, I've used the love charm (from ebay) and of course seam binding ribbon from the Ribbon Girl, with a couple of lenghs of pearls and a special gem. Spring Tilda


Good morning dear friends,
I wish it was a good morning for me, I've got the dentist this morning and even though its only a check up I'm petrified, I hate going to the dentist.
Onto todays card, this is a spring tilda, I've surrounded her with spring daffs, cherry blossom & roses (yeah ok its early for roses but they match lol) I've also punched out some tiny butterflies and dotted some pearls about, the paper is from that gorgeous Botanical pad which is quickly dissapearing (I love it) and Bazzil cardstock. I've used dies for the corner (parisian accents) and magnolia doily flowers, swirls & leaves. Not of course forgetting the Woodware sentiment 'You're the sunshine in my garden' Hope it helps you feel the warmth of spring to come.

2nd Card for today ~ Connie



This is the very pretty Connie from Sugar Nellie, I just love these Digi stamps.
I've used these yummy Tim Holtz papers again and layered & stitched them, teamed with this lovely taupe colour Bazzil cardstock.
I've added lace & roses from wildorchidcrafts, bling from a good friend, doily from ebay and I've made this fab heart with crackle paint & distress ink, thanks to Janet from pinkgem designs who has a tutorial on her blog.
I've coloured Connie with copics.

Good morning dear bloggers, hope its nice and sunny where you are today, its beautiful and bright here just wish it was warmer.
As much as I love this old Whiff of Joy stamp I can't remember for the life of me what its called, if you know please put me out of my misery lol, I do like all my stamps labelled but I bought this one from good old ebay at least a year or so ago and can't remember the name. Anyhoo, I've used Nitwit papers sewn & layered, those beautiful new parisian dies again for the corners, navy pearls, wildorchid roses and a LOTV sentiment. hope you like it, have a good day everyone. Tilda in butterfly dress



Good morning all,
May I just say a big thank you for all your comforting words yesterday, I did pop on here from time to time to read them. We had a quiet day just us four and looked through photos and home dvds, I shed a few tears....ok a lot, but I do most times.
Big Sigh!!! Right moving on as we must, I've made a card using this new Tilda stamp, I think she's a pretty one, I made it following a sketch and it was a good one too, it helped me to concentrate a bit.
Ok the materials used were Magnolia papers, Tilda with butterfly dress stamp, copics for colouring, I machine stitched the papers, I used mink colour ribbon & pearls I coloured the brad in pink using my copic pen and used a mixture of pink & mink colour roses all from Wildorchidcrafts. Tilda with wooden spoon



Afternoon all, I need to take a day off tomorrow so I'm adding this card today.
Its my all time favourite oldie Tilda with the wooden spoon. I've coloured her in copics and I've stamped & coloured the Strawberry Coulis recipe from Joanna Sheens Country Kitchen stamps for the background.
The rolling pin is the Magnolia stamp ~ I've used Nitwit paper ~ white doily ~ roses & cherry blossom from Wildorchidcrafts ~ stickles star dust glitter ~ and the gorgeous Parisian dies for the corners.

I DID IT AGAIN!! :o)


I can't believe my luck Myself & Lizzy (Minshall) have won last weeks Just Magnolia challenge, I'm thrilled to bits, I really am. Congratulations Lizzy!
I've won the Ribbon Girl prize which I'm so happy about as I shop there for all my ribbons so I know they are absolutly gorgeous. Earlier this week I won the Magnolia Berry lace die from the Totally Tilda challenge. What do you think? Should I do the euro lottery tonight? lol.

Basic grey challenge card Tilda


Good evening dear bloggers, I've just finished off my card for the Basic Grey challenge and thought I'd better get it uploaded, as time waits for no man! (or crafter)I've used Tilda with flowing hair because she's so pretty and I've neglected her a bit since the new ones came out. With yummy basic grey papers, these are the older papers from the Wisteria pad but I still love them and wildorchidcrafts lace, cherry blossom & roses and lots of gorgeous silver stickles glitter on the edges of the papers.
