Good afternoon and welcome to my little blog

This is my very first DT card for Fashionista!

This months Challenge is Wedding, Anniversary or Shower cards
 with an option to use Black, White and another colour.

I chose to make a Criss-Cross Anniversary card , in Black. White & Green

Fashionista is a New Challenge Blog and is on it's second challenge today

It's extremely popular already with 160 entries taking part in the first challenge alone.

I'm late....I'm late.....

Good morning dear bloggers

I can't believe I'm late this morning

I'm up at 6am every day of the week...

I blame this horrid miserable weather, it's still dark so I didn't wake up :o)

Today I have 2 cards to show you first up is my challenge #26  Here Come the Boys DT card

our theme this week is Hobbies

 My dear hubby's favourite past-time is reading and yes he generally falls asleep doing it lol

For this card I've used the Prima pad Almanac

the book shelf paper is actually a gift wrap paper but I thought it suited the card

I used black raffia (which I'm quickly running out of and can't find a stockist :o(

The dies I used are X Cut for the center around the bear and Spellbinders Tags 

The little clay tile with the bird on are made by Prima. 

This week we welcome the lovely Becky from Shabby Treasures to our DT, she's made a fab card too.

Tilda with Snow Heart

Hello again,
 Well we have had just about every kind of weather today
It was bucketing down this morning with high winds, then the sun came out...then it rained some more then it hailed... heavily! ( I'm being typically British here, moaning about the weather and rolling my eyes)

Oh well like my Dad says if things don't change they will stay as they are, (what a silly saying)
He also says 'it's enough to make you eat your young'

I've been busy making this criss cross card, which I have to say I have only ever made one of these before so please don't laugh lol

After adding roses to the Tilda tag here I was a bit worried it wouldn't fit inside but luckily it did
