Hi dear crafters,
I've missed blogging the past few days, I thought my mojo had left me,
then I spotted this weeks challenge over at Midweek Magnolias is Homespun Style and I thought
this one is right up my street, I love making these country looking cards, it means I can get the old sewing bits out lol
So here she is little Miss Baking Tilda
I used one of the little rolling pins
I bought back from America, they were plain pine but I coloured it with E35 copic marker and coloured the handles blue B24 to make it match Tildas rolling pin
Gorgeous roses from Wild Orchid Craft
I did a bit of cross stitching to make this little Napkin
and added some cutlery brads
With pretty Pink Gingham ribbon from The Ribbon Girl
and 'You are Special to me' sentiment on the Magnolia Vintage tag
The papers are from the Jane Shasky CD (Joanna Sheen) theirs so many pretty florals on that CD it's perfect for these cards.
Here are the beautiful inspirational pictures from Midweek Magnolias this week
Are they gorgeous or what!
I really enjoyed making this card, so much so I have ideas in my head for the next Homespun style card :o)
Other Challenges;
1) Totally Gorjuss ~ Swirly Whirly
2) Cupcake Challenge ~ Sewing Box (Cross Stitching)
