In memory of Jason, Our Medical Marvel

For our Dear Son Jason
At 5 mths old we were told he would not make it through the night after a major heart operation, he then went on to baffle doctors for 28years,
 He was a born fighter,
 love and determination kept him going.
He was our medical marvel
We lost him 4 years ago today to heart disease
Love & miss you so much sweetheart.  xxx

    Im so sorry to hear this Teresa, it must have been such a difficult time for you.
