Hi, 

I'm back again...this time with a card for a couple of challenges I've been working on.

This is another fab stamp by Faye Whittaker 

These are gorgeous Maja papers (bet you thought I was going to say Pion hehe!)

The stamp is called Sunshine of Life

the sentiment which is included is ~ Friends are the sunshine of life

I've distressed the edges, added some TH ink and sewn all the edges

added cheescloth, raffia and a starfish charm

the roses are from WOC and I've added paint to those too.

I wanted to try something different and I love the CR84FUN challenges so I thought I'd leave my images out of this one and this is what I came up with...

It's certainly different for me but I loved making it and I thought the colours were fab, in fact I feel like changing the colour of my kitchen again :o)

I just love using these stamps, this one I've paper pierced the swimsuits to match the beautiful...

....wait for it...yes Pion papers again :o)

These papers are gorgeous, they are double sided and the other side is really beautiful too

it makes it difficult to decide what to use but I felt the stripes go well with this stamp.

Sentiment is one from a set I bought in America a few years ago.

I've distressed the papers using the Tim Holtz distress tool, 

sponged painted them with crackle paint and added stickles star dust.

Lovelypop Tilda for The Stamp Basket

Good Morning,
What a beautiful day it is today again, blue sky, warm sunshine, ooh I could get used to this, yesterday was gorgeous too, I took a walk into town and was amazed I could take my coat off it was lovely.

Kieran's Lara Croft painted with acrylics

Kieran's (my Son) been busy painting again, this time Lara Croft

I know I've said it before but I'm going to say it again

I'm so proud!!!

The working progress of this painting can be seen by clicking on the link

It took him 10 days to paint this in acrylics on a canvas measuring 1013mm x 804mm

Hello I'm back

 This card I made for Addicted to stamps

for our challenge this week is

I'm not going to tell you what the papers are because I know you are probably fed up with me saying it :o)

oh go on then...yes they are Pion (I can't help it, I'm addicted to them)

I've used this sweet Tilda called Tilda with Christmas bakes

 (I think I can get away with using her for a birthday card)

Wild Orchid Crafts, filigree corner, Roses & Carnation (which I've slightly tinted with Tattered rose ink)

gorgeous lace from Walmart, again I've sewn to pull thread through it to make it ruffle
