I have cards ready to post on here but I just can't whip up the enthusiasm today, as some of you know my daughter lives in America, well she's in the path of hurricane Irene and I've done nothing but watch the news all day today, it's so worrying. I have heard from her and it's just starting where she is they've had heavy rain for quite a few hours but now come the winds and the power keeps going on & off, she's trying to occupy the little ones they are writing out their Christmas lists to Santa bless em'
I can't even concentrate on crafting how bad is that eh?
Let's hope this passes quickly with minimal damage and let the people return to normality.

I'll be thinking good thoughts for your daughter. I am in CT and in the path as well, it has started raining here and the hurricane is expected to hit here tomorrow afternoon. I'm sorry you've having trouble crafting, I am too!

I think a lot of people will be nervous till this one passes. Hopefully it will weaken before long. Hope your family keeps safe Teresa it must be a worry for you. Jx

ReplyDeleteThank God it's been reduce to Category 1 and doesn't seem to look as if it's near as bad as they thought it was going to be.
